Job Summary

A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Program Advisor Inside Sales Representative.

Must be able to:

• Represent company as primary point of contact
• Quickly and professionally resolve customer issues
• Monitor and maintain leads and tasks in the CRM

Qualifications Include:

• 4-year degree or similar experience
• 4+ years of experience in sales/marketing, recruitment, hospitality OR
• Administration, communications or human resources
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, database, Internet and social media applications
• Ability to manage high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
• Passion for cultural exchange program development
