Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Program and Strategy Executive Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling and managing meetings internally and with external stakeholders, donors, and partners
- Drafting and editing agendas, memos, and other critical internal and external communications and materials as needed
- Completing and filing reimbursements in coordination with the finance team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ year of administrative experience in the non-profit and/or political environments, including internships
- Experience managing calendars with excellent time management skills, including an eye to detail
- Experience writing and copy-editing sensitive emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
- Experience maintaining and organizing a Google Workspace
