Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Program and Strategy Executive Assistant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Scheduling and managing meetings internally and with external stakeholders, donors, and partners
Drafting and editing agendas, memos, and other critical internal and external communications and materials as needed
Completing and filing reimbursements in coordination with the finance team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

1+ year of administrative experience in the non-profit and/or political environments, including internships
Experience managing calendars with excellent time management skills, including an eye to detail
Experience writing and copy-editing sensitive emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
Experience maintaining and organizing a Google Workspace
