Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Chair, Department of Resource Operations Professions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses while fostering a supportive learning environment
• Lead curriculum development and mentor associate faculty to enhance instructional quality
• Participate in departmental governance and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Marketing or Doctorate in Business Administration with Marketing Concentration
• Three years of online teaching experience, including curriculum development and assessment
• Three to five years of relevant professional work experience
• Three to five years of undergraduate teaching experience in Marketing
• Ability to teach various Marketing courses such as Marketing strategy and Digital Marketing
