Job Summary
A government agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Program Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interpreting policies and procedures for the emergency rent assistance program for the CERA
- Issuing determinations for escalated and/or complex review decisions
- Managing day to day operations of CERA (COVID Emergency Rent Assistance) staff specialists
Skills and Requirements Include:

- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of related work experience involving supervision and/or customer service
