Job Summary

A single-specialty anesthesia practice that is owned by practicing physicians is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Program Coordinator in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting MSP Program Manager and external locum vendor relationships
• Communicating effectively to key stakeholders including MSP personnel
• Managing the hiring manager weekly call and facilitate questions or issues that come up

Required Skills:

• Problem resolution and ability to overcome objections
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders through daily communications and presentations
