Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Program Delivery Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and executing a process for monthly financial tracking against plans
  • Coordinating and preparing annual planning process in coordination with the Program Operations Executive Team
  • Developing and facilitating alignment on the Program Operations operating model

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Expert Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong insurance product and process knowledge
  • Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or similar experience
  • Solid problem-solving skills and able to reach logical, sound decisions and conclusions
