Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Program Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing participants’ performance on school-based leadership projects
• Providing intensive coaching to program participants
• Developing professional and productive relationships

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel 30% of the time and also attend meetings
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 7 years of professional experience
• A minimum of 3 years as a principal or similar
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a school setting
