Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Program Evaluation Senior Associate Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading teams and manage client relationships
• Contributing to business development and revenue goals
• Leading and advise teams as they work through the technical and consultative aspects of evaluation work

Qualifications Include:

• The ability to travel for client and internal meetings
• Experience with and commitment to building capacity for evaluation within organizations
• A track record of cultivating strong client relationships that lead to repeat business
• A clear passion and commitment to improving schools serving underserved students
• A Ph.D., extensive credentials, or experience in the social sciences
• At least seven to 10 years of professional experience in a leadership role
