Job Summary

A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Program Level SAFe Agile Coach in Bloomfield.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Standing up the program layer of initiatives
  • Coaching teams on how to set up and leverage client's agile project management tool for epic/feature/stories
  • Supporting clients using a variety of Agile approaches in the context of scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 25 to 50% travel
  • Must have 4 years of agile coaching experience
  • 7 years of IT experience
  • 4 years of agile coaching experience, including 10MM plus programs with offshore and distributed teams
  • Experience with several agile project management tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc)
  • One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO)
