Job Summary

A consumer robotics company that produces a line of robotic cleaning machines for the home has an open position for a Remote Program Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Translating business needs, product roadmaps and organizational strategy into successful programs, and driving decisions necessary for program delivery
• Engaging with product managers, engineering, supply chain, quality, sales, manufacturing and executives to communicate program status, escalate issues, and influence strategic decision-making
• Making recommendations, implementing risk management strategies, and reviewing risk mitigation plans based on knowledge of organizational strategies

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years in program/project management or execution, with at least 5+ years of managing a team of program managers
• Extensive project management experience, developing and managing schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks and change requests
• Comprehensive understanding of release management practices, Waterfall/Agile software development methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Proven disposition towards building relationships and using partnerships to navigate sophisticated organizational challenges
• Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues
• Ability to create operations and resource plans, goals, and priorities based on business and technology roadmap and priorities
