Remote Program Management Supply Chain Executive Director

Job Summary

An education company has a current position open for a Remote Program Management Supply Chain Executive Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Define and refine their quarterly and annual project and initiative goals, ensuring coherence and alignment across functions
• Ensure that department directors and project owners have simple and effective frameworks to document and report on their performance
• Establish KPIs at both the program- and initiative-level, delineating between measurements of progress and outcomes

Qualifications Include:

• BA/BS degree
• 8-10 years experience in program management, project management, process improvement, managing complex portfolios of projects
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a complex environment experiencing significant change
• 5+ years experience in business operations, data analysis, and complex project facilitation
• 5+ years experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
• 5+ years of experience leading others,managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
