Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and overseeing similar work
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a contract manager
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Solid understanding of Marine Corps culture and VA systems
