Job Summary

Managing complex business initiatives, the full-time Remote Program Manager will oversee program performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements to enhance organizational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manages strategic initiatives that span organizational boundaries and have significant legal or financial impact
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to launch and enhance complex programs while fostering a collaborative culture
• Measures and reports on program performance related to ROI and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment with corporate goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 8 years of project management or program management experience
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive-level presentations
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects and programs
