Job Summary

Leading a high-volume remote call center, the full-time Remote Program Manager will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the contract, ensuring performance objectives and service levels are met while managing operations, personnel, and financial resources.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee all program operations and manage staffing, budgets, and operational priorities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client, subcontractors, and internal leadership while monitoring contract performance and preparing executive reports
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience managing large-scale customer service or contact center programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Must meet security eligibility requirements
