Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead account management responsibilities, develop deep relationships with stakeholders and build out account partnerships so we can offer the best value proposition for our agents and brokers
• Ensure affiliates remain pleased with the products and services they are receiving from strategic accounts and continuously suggest ways to enhance these partnerships
• Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure timely and successful delivery of contractual obligations

Required Skills:

• Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5+ years’ experience in account management
• Proven strong collaborating experience with vendors, internal resources and clients
• Demonstrated excellent ability to articulate a company’s value proposition
• Ability to provide leadership team weekly/monthly reports key partner account metrics and clearly articulate the story behind the data
