A software company has a current position open for a Remote Program Manager in Columbus.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working closely with project teams to drive definition and execution of features and products
• Developing a detailed understanding of adjacent teams and maneuvers
• Actively anticipating, identifying and monitoring issues, risks and dependencies

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years using scrum
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of complex efforts and mediate between competing interests and personalities
• Capable of managing interrelated, multi-disciplinary, multi-platform programs requiring dedicated coordination and oversight
• 8+ years experience leading software development projects
• Proficiency with technical concepts and an ability to learn technical concepts quickly
