Job Summary
A management consulting agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Program Manager or Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating strategy, brainstorming, ideation, and other planning sessions with stakeholders representing different levels, departments, functions, roles and responsibilities within the client’s organization
- Establishing, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with client and external partners
- Contributing to the effective execution of workplans, team deliverables and assignments being completed on time and within budget
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to leverage business acumen to provide strategic insights, critical thinking and mindful recommendations to stakeholders
- 7 to 10 years professional experience in non-technical roles that required overseeing projects, managing stakeholder engagement, leveraging data analysis and evaluation
- 5 years’ consultancy experience as a strategic advisor to clients, executives and stakeholders; proven experience advising clients and translating their needs into action
- Ability to develop templates and tools to provide guidance and support to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and in PowerPoint to develop professional presentations
- Bachelor’s degree
