Job Summary
An education benefits provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Program Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage processes to design & coordinate academic partner & program operations through implementation & program launch
- Establish yourself as a go-to person for operational design of academic partners & programs
- Manage & iterate on processes that streamline the development of program operations across teams & cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of total experience in roles like program design, operations or product management
- Be fluent in project management and design tools like Asana, Lucidchart and other
- Strong program development and project management skills
- Detail orientation to critical operations and processes, and dependencies across departments and stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of how to develop strong trust-based partnerships - balancing confidence, humility, and diplomacy
