A marketing company that operates a contact and call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Program Qualification Contact Center Specialist in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products or services
- Handling outbound and inbound calls
- Using communication skills to overcome objections
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems and Google Chrome
- Ability to learn Product Knowledge
