Remote Program Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing leadership and oversight, the full-time Remote Program Supervisor will manage non-exempt staff in the support of appeals and dispute resolution processes, ensuring accurate case preparation and achieving operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Leads employees to ensure accurate and timely processing of appeals and disputes
• Manages inventory levels and oversees the resolution case preparation and effectuation
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates project work activities and personnel

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• One year of experience in an operations environment
• Supervisory or Team Lead experience
• Experience with Medicare Part C related appeals activities is preferred
• Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) or related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
