Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Programs and Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Compensation Partner in Santa Clara.

Must be able to:

  • Assist with development of effective functional deal approach and compensation strategy
  • Perform gap analysis of compensation programs for the deal and develop mitigation plans as needed
  • Manage integration activities to ensure transfer of capabilities

Required Skills:

  • BS Degree plus more than 7 years of compensation experience
  • Analytical mind, have an organized work style, a keen eye for numbers and patterns
  • Successful track record of leading complex projects requiring coordination of work
  • Expert knowledge of compensation salary planning, incentive programs, equity plans, market pricing and analytics
  • A working knowledge and awareness of labor laws related to pay
  • Solid consulting skills with project management experience
