Job Summary

A non-profit education organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Programs Managing Director in Princeton.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Directly managing, coaching, and developing 6 to 8 program team leaders and members
• Achieving desired results with quality and continuous improvement
• Creating processes for reporting on program and project status

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Up to 20-25% travel
• Undergraduate degree and 8+ years professional experience
• Experience and/or comfort with remote work
• Significant people management experience
