Job Summary
A non-profit education organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Programs Managing Director in Princeton.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directly managing, coaching, and developing 6 to 8 program team leaders and members
- Achieving desired results with quality and continuous improvement
- Creating processes for reporting on program and project status
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Up to 20-25% travel
- Undergraduate degree and 8+ years professional experience
- Experience and/or comfort with remote work
- Significant people management experience
