Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Programs Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying change management strategies appropriate for each initiative; build and oversee an integrated change program that best supports Consulting
- Partnering with other BUs to align objectives, processes, working practices and metrics to Consulting programs
- Leading the Strategic Programs team, inspiring strategic impact, developing their skills, providing ongoing coaching, and building future Strategic Programs leaders
Position Requirements Include:
- BA in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years’ experience driving transformations, preferably in a consulting, IT, sales or services organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead business transformations, improve processes, and implement change programs
- Consulting experience required, both in delivery and sales (leadership or supporting) roles
