Remote Project Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Analyst - Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts
• Review contracts and amendments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, while optimizing performance through data analysis
• Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting and issue billing statements to Sponsors/CROs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus
• Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
