Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Remote Project Analyst - AR Specialist, the full-time position will manage financial operations for clinical trial projects, including invoicing, data analysis, and coordination with various teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts
• Review contracts and amendments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Utilize data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
