Job Summary

Serving as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, the full-time Remote Project Analyst - AR Specialist will manage invoicing, data analysis, and financial quality control while collaborating with operations and accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main financial liaison for projects, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
• Analyze data to identify budget issues and optimize project performance
• Prepare monthly revenue files and coordinate with cash application and collections specialists

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree required
• Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
