Job Summary

A technological support company is seeking a Remote Project and OEM Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Engage with OEMs to obtain quotes and/or pricing for Medical Device, Electronic Health Record, and Laboratory Integration Software support services
  • Conduct meetings with OEMs to explain the scope of work needed for the Program
  • Prepare purchase order documents and coordinates with vendors for signature

Qualifications Include:

  • Has at least 10 years in the medical logistics, direct medical device service industry, or related experience
  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Contract Management, Biomedical Equipment Technology, or an applicable field
  • Knowledgeable in the acquisition, procurement and lifecycle management of medical devices
  • Familiar with the biomedical maintenance field and its concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge in medical device network integration
