A company is looking for a Project Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients through various communication methods
• Adhere to standard protocols and implement feedback from Project Managers and Supervisors
• Create and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

• JD from an accredited US law school or LLM from an accredited school
• Flexible and customer service focused
• Strong technical orientation with excellent computer skills
• Ability to manage changing or competing priorities
• Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
