Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Project Coordinator (Remote) CST.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide installation job support through inbound and outbound communication with customers, service providers, and stores
• Ensure project scheduling and compliance documentation are managed effectively
• Document all interactions and deliver consistent service while adapting to a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry (preferred)
• Experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
