Job Summary

To facilitate end-to-end oversight of installation jobs, the full-time Remote Project Coordinator will manage customer interactions, track project progress, and communicate with service providers and vendors, all while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and manage outbound tasks to provide installation job support to customers, service providers, and stores
  • Ensure projects are scheduled within service level agreements and coordinate product deliveries to meet project timelines
  • Document all project interactions accurately and resolve any post-project issues related to work orders
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred
  • Experience working in a project management function is a plus
  • Familiarity with contact center environments is advantageous
