Job Summary
To facilitate end-to-end oversight of installation jobs, the full-time Remote Project Coordinator will manage customer interactions, track project progress, and communicate with service providers and vendors, all while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and manage outbound tasks to provide installation job support to customers, service providers, and stores
- Ensure projects are scheduled within service level agreements and coordinate product deliveries to meet project timelines
- Document all project interactions accurately and resolve any post-project issues related to work orders
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred
- Experience working in a project management function is a plus
- Familiarity with contact center environments is advantageous
