Job Summary
To facilitate end-to-end oversight and support for installation jobs, the full-time Remote Project Coordinator will manage customer interactions, track project progress, and ensure effective communication with service providers and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and manage outbound communications to provide installation job support
- Conduct initial contact with customers and service providers to verify project scope and ensure alignment
- Submit accurate documentation of all project-related interactions in the appropriate technology tools
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred
- Experience working in a Project Management function is a plus
- Experience in a contact center environment is advantageous
