Job Summary

To facilitate end-to-end oversight and support for installation jobs, the full-time Remote Project Coordinator will manage customer interactions, track project progress, and ensure effective communication with service providers and vendors.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and manage outbound communications to provide installation job support
  • Conduct initial contact with customers and service providers to verify project scope and ensure alignment
  • Submit accurate documentation of all project-related interactions in the appropriate technology tools
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred
  • Experience working in a Project Management function is a plus
  • Experience in a contact center environment is advantageous
