Job Summary
An staffing and outsourced IT services company is seeking a Remote Project Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create project task list, owners and corresponding delivery dates
- Lead weekly status meetings to gather updates from team members
- Engage leadership if projects face hurdles that require escalation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attends status meetings and records notes of discussion
- Must provide a weekly status report to PMO
- Ability to assist in updating project plan
- Able to coordinate meetings as needed
- 2+ years of project administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
