Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Project Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking and managing action items, task status, and client status
- Gathering and organizing project information from cross-disciplinary internal teams and clients
- Scheduling internal and client meetings, prepares agendas, documents and distributes action items
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital project coordinating within the agency environment
- Experience supervising and performing associated administrative tasks relevant to the project
- Excellent attention to detail, process driven and able to organize people and activities
- Proven track record of taking ownership of multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture
- Excellent creative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project management tools (including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project are a plus)
