Job Summary
An information technology and professional services company has a current position open for a Remote Project Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating and managing projects and activities, as assigned, to support the delivery of IT services and technologies to the client
- Coordinating multiple projects and using prudent judgment when setting priorities and making decisions
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining digital filing systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in administrative or project coordination role
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio)
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of progressively more complex project coordination & job activities over time
- Strong conflict resolution skills to resolve any team issues that may arise during the course of the project
