Job Summary
A consulting and training company specializing in performance improvement is seeking a Remote Project Coordinator in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders as well as maintenance needs for current product solutions
- Maintaining project milestone, schedules, deliverables, budgets and vendor relationships
- Working with multidisciplinary team to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) plus a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a project management capacity
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are essential
- A strong ability to work proactively and adapt creatively with stakeholders and clients
- Excellent leadership and people skills with a sense of ownership for the successfulness of the overall project
- Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office are essential. Familiarity with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, or MS Project is a plus
