Job Summary

A medical services company is seeking a Remote Project Management Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a strong team of people managers providing mentorship, coaching, and growth opportunities within the organization
• Directing US Project Management operations, establishing standards, processes and tools
• Overseeing Endpoint’s US Project Management team

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience
• 10-15 years in leadership roles in the life sciences industry
• Prior supervisory experience, including managing managers and multiple teams
• Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Project management skills and high level of attention to detail
