Job Summary
A global contract research organization is seeking a Remote Project Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting regular face-to-face client meetings and continuously addresses client concerns and interprets needs in order to increase client
- Managing client and/or program level oversight and relationship to pro-actively address needs, expectations and modifications across similar studies
- Serving as a back-up for the Associate Director PM, when needed and advises on action plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree(or higher) in relevant field along with previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years)
- 1+ year of leadership responsibility required
- Solid Microsoft Office skills for analysis and presentation of data
- Advanced knowledge of project management theories, principles and best practices relating to lab operations
- Strong supervisory and management skills with ability to work effectively at all levels
