Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Project Management Office Agile Practice Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Integrating Agile framework
• Leading the PMO and direct, coach and mentor a team of experienced Project Managers and Scrum Masters

Required Skills:

• 5 years experience in directly managing a team of project managers, Scrum Coaches and/or Delivery Leads
• High proficiency with Agile planning and project management software
• Deep understanding of project management and Agile practice methodologies in areas such as PMI, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean
