A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Project Management Office Customer Success Manager in Madison.

- Renewing and expandiong account portfolio
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders
- Overseeing customer CMBD and request processing
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in IT relationship management, project management OR
- Account management of multiple customers
- Ability to oversee the customer's experience with Managed Services
- Ability to coach and mentor Associate Customer Success Managers
