Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Project Management Office Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define the talent requirements for the team to effectively accomplish the PMO mission
- Own the project management methodology and ensure that the PMO team is following the methodology
- Own the professional services automation tool and ensure that it is properly used by the PMO
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10 years of experience in progressive leadership of project driven organizations
- Experience in developing leadership capabilities in managers and enrolling teams in the company and organizational mission
- Track record of ability to build senior level customer relationships
- Proven ability to build, drive and manage execution of plans to ensure business outcomes across multiple lines of business
- Expert-level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies
- Strategy and tactical integration
