Job Summary

This role is a contract position responsible for leading project-based customized training solution development. This includes partnering with the executive leadership team and Instructional Design leadership to determine resources and coordinating the efforts of contractors to deliver projects according to plan. The PM is responsible for identifying, anticipating and managing risks, resulting in a smooth, efficient, on-time, on-budget project experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage timeline and budget of training project development as directed by client's timeline
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Effectively communicate project expectations and timelines to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Liaise with client stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Work with ttcInnovations' leadership team to understand the project scope and budget, and report subsequent scope changes if necessary
Work with project MISD to continually manage project expectations with contract project team members and client stakeholders
Identify, communicate and resolve issues and conflicts within the contract project team
Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the contract project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Work with the project MISD to define project success criteria and disseminate the information to involved parties throughout project life cycle
Communicate with, coach, motivate and oversee contract project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Develop best practices for project execution and management

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
Tax Status of C Corp, S Corp, or LLC (with tax classification of C=C corporation or S=S corporation)
Applicable equipment and software

EXPERIENCE + SKILLS
Proficiency with project management software, specifically MS Project
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Proficiency in personnel management
Experience working virtually, both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting timelines
Ability to read communication styles of contractors and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
Ability to defuse tension and bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
Change Management skills
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
7+ years of previous experience in Project Management
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
