Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager responsible for leading client-focused projects within the HRIS technology field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying risks and ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management within a professional services or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and project management methodologies
• PMP Certification or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams
