Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage headcount tracking, reporting, analysis, and financial forecasting across multiple projects
• Create dashboards and prepare reports to show headcount trends and metrics
• Improve headcount tracking processes and automate data collection and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in workforce analytics, financial analysis, or project management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience in financial modeling and budgeting
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com)
• Knowledge of HR systems and payroll platforms
