Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of innovation frameworks and evaluation criteria

• Facilitate workshops and maintain dashboards to track progress and value realization of innovation initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a PMO Analyst or Project Manager in a large organization
• Expertise in Smartsheet with advisory and configuration experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to optimize PMO operations
• High technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn new tools
• Adaptability to manage routine tasks while navigating larger projects
