Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project coordination and execution
• Track progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers; escalate as needed

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management
• Background in pharma, biotech, or other regulated environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with Learning & Development, Compliance Training, or Training Operations
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or equivalent project planning tools
• Ability to align with Pacific Time for coordination
