Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant construction projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager at a General Contractor (GC)
• Proven experience with restaurant construction projects
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably ProCore
• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
