Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

Remote Project Manager, responsible for leading the production of digital content for a global pharmaceutical website on a W2 contract basis for 12-16 months, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring content quality through hands-on CMS usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and coordinate multiple content workstreams
• Serve as the primary liaison between the web content team and various stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing deliverables
• Prepare weekly status reports and identify potential risks to timelines or content quality, implementing mitigation plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in website content updates or digital communications projects
• Hands-on experience with content management systems, with WordPress proficiency preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing content accuracy
• Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of anticipating challenges
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, project management, or a related field preferred
