Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the implementation and launch of virtual care services, the full-time Remote Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for enterprise and regional virtual care services
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Ensure successful implementations by coordinating with various operational functions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Training in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies
• 3 years of experience managing projects and/or programs
• 2 years of demonstrated success in implementing projects with high customer satisfaction
• 2 years of experience in presentation and facilitation to executive audiences
