Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing medium to large Staff Augmentation projects, the full-time Remote Project Manager will lead complex technical initiatives, drive project profitability, and build strong client relationships while developing high-performing teams across global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor job results while coaching and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Analyze and improve billable utilization, planning capacity, and forecasting project profitability
• Identify farming opportunities in existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in the IT industry
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Advanced level of English
