Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the end-to-end production of major corporate publications and fast-paced marketing projects, the contract Remote Project Manager will manage a key publication initiative while balancing multiple project timelines and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct the lifecycle of a major company report, enforcing milestones for data collection, copywriting, design, and final printing
• Manage concurrent long-term publication tracks alongside short-term marketing requests, ensuring timely execution of tasks
• Act as the primary operational hub, maintaining relationships with internal marketing teams and external vendors

Required qualifications:

• 5-10 years of dedicated project management experience
• Proven experience managing long-term, high-volume corporate reports or data-heavy publications
• Strong proficiency in project management tools, with a preference for Workfront or similar software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and illustrating schedules
• Corporate acumen with an ability to navigate complex project environments
